Parking is subject to availability and charged separately.
Hotel parking spaces are available for a fee of 13,00 euros per day, subject to availability (reservations are not accepted). There is also a large public car park behind the hotel, which is well suited for coaches. Vehicles are not insured, and German road traffic regulations apply.
Kühlungsborn also offers parking with electric charging stations. Please ask at our reception for details.

An 11 kW wallbox for your electric car is available in the car park.
Charging is subject to a fee. Direct bookers with fully electric cars receive 20 kWh free of charge.
A bicycle room is available for your bikes and e bikes. Batteries may only be charged in the bicycle room, where you will find plenty of power sockets.
Free of charge! Wi-Fi is available free of charge on your own laptop or device once you have logged in. We will be happy to give you an access code at the reception.
We accept Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard. The hotel reserves the right to authorise your credit card before arrival.
American Express is not accepted.
Credit cards are accepted for amounts of 50.00 euros or more. For smaller amounts, you are welcome to pay by debit card.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a deposit of 20 percent at the time of booking. The remaining room or package price can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or at check in.

Children up to 2 years of age sleeping in one of the existing beds pay a surcharge of 20 euros per night.
A baby cot for children up to 2 years can be provided for a fee of 30 euros if requested in advance.
Extra beds are not possible in double rooms. Baby cots can only be added from the junior suite category upwards.
All older children and adults pay 60.00 euros per night and person for an extra bed, including the breakfast buffet.
All apartments and suites can accommodate a maximum of two extra beds (comfortable sofa bed) or baby cots.
Family rooms (two rooms with a connecting door) can be booked, and holiday apartments are also available.
Pets and dogs are not permitted in the hotel rooms, apartments or the restaurant.
